Nestled in the heart of Binfield and modelled on the cultural melting pot of North Indian cuisines of India, is the Amir Restaurant. Opened in 1997, the Amir is one of the oldest family run restaurants in the Bracknell area alongside its parent restaurant, the Kohinoor based in Priestwood. The Amir Restaurant is a warm, welcoming and intimate restaurant where dishes are cooked with a light, modern touch and spices are blended by a very deft hand, so flavours remain distinct and unique. The restaurant celebrates an eclectic mix of flavours with all the old favourites and new temptations like Nepal chicken or lamb, cooked with mild spices and mango, or rajoshi kharai, which is duck in a rich sauce with a hint of mustard pickle.
